Kim Carper is a real estate professional that has been assisting buyers and sellers for 15 years. Kim graduated from Texas Christian University in 1993 with a BA in Political Science and Spanish. Kim attended TCU on a full athletic scholarship and was a member of the TCU Women's Basketball team. She completed her Master of Public Administration at the University of Oklahoma in 1996 and served as the Coordinator of Academic Services for student athletes.
Kim then found that real estate was her passion and obtained her license in Oklahoma and joined the Dillard Group Realtors. A military move took her to South Carolina with her husband where she worked for 5 years, enjoying the South Carolina coast and history. However, the desire was to return to Colorado Springs, her hometown.
Now Kim is a top broker in Colorado Springs, ranking in the top 100 producing agents in the city in 2010! She is a full time, full service broker assisting both buyers and sellers, relocation, military clients, new home construction and much more! Kim's marketing plans are creative, technologically advanced and her customer service is personal and detailed. Kim is an organized professional that advocates her clients needs and best interests.
Kim is a Colorado Springs native. Her husband, a 1989 USAFA graduate, is retired Air Force.
